FILTER DEVICE AND FEEDING APPARATUS OF ROBOT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of facilitating changes of filter characteristics without causing radiation of electromagnetic waves.SOLUTION: A first coil segment 41 on power supply side and a second coil segment 42 on power consumption side face each other in a non-contact manner. Between the first coil segment 41 and the second coil segment 42, magnetic resonance occurs. The magnetic resonance occurs at a specific frequency between the pair of the first coil segment 41 and the second coil segment 42. Accordingly, the first coil segment 41 and the second coil segment 42 function as a filter that allows passage of only the specific frequency by using mutual magnetic resonance.
