Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently guide air into a casing even if air flowing from one and multiple locations into the casing is partially lost, and to minimize such cooling environment deterioration within the casing.SOLUTION: Plates 5 and 7 are individually provided in at least two openings 9 and 10 provided in a casing 1 and are sized so as to individually substantially close the openings. Each of the plates can be opened towards the inside of the casing and is capable of substantially closing the opening in which the plate per se is provided. On principal surfaces toward the outside of the casing in such a substantially closed state, fins 6 and 8 are provided which are capable of changing the direction of air flowing from positions corresponding to the individual plates outside of the casing.
