Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which exhibits excellent impedance characteristics and electrostatic capacitance, and is specially remarkably improved in capacity appearance rate among solid electrolytic capacitors using a conductive polymer layer as a solid electrolyte layer.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a solid electrolytic capacitor which is formed by forming a polyaniline layer on the valve action metal having a dielectric oxide coating formed on the surface and forming different conductive polymer layers on the polyaniline layer. The polyaniline layer at least contains polyaniline and polyethers.
