Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a rotary shaft part of a rotary plug.SOLUTION: A device 100 includes a rotary plug 3 which may rotate between a state where the rotary plug 3 is stored in a case 2 and a state where the rotary plug 3 protrudes from the case 2. The rotary plug 3 includes: a pair of conductive members 6a, 6b; and a plug body part 31 which holds the pair of conductive members 6a, 6b and is rotatably supported by the case 2. A slide surface 311x which slides contacting with the case 2 is formed on an outer peripheral surface 311x of the plug body part 31.
