Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent closing of a hollow fiber membrane by moving and discharging, in a direction of inclination, bedewing water generated on an end face of an outlet fixing part for secondary-side gas in such installation that a length direction of the hollow fiber membrane becomes perpendicular.SOLUTION: A fuel cell humidifier comprises: a hollow fiber membrane bundle bundling a plurality of hollow fiber membranes; a casing in which the hollow fiber membrane is disposed; and fixing parts sealing and fixing an outer wall surface of the hollow fiber membranes and an inner wall surface of the casing in both ends of the hollow fiber membrane bundle. The fuel cell humidifier is configured to move moisture from primary-side gas in a high humidity state discharged from a fuel cell to secondary-side gas in a low-humidity state supplied to the fuel cell. The secondary-side gas is circulated inside the hollow fiber membrane towards an upper side in a direction of gravity, and an end face of an outlet fixing part for the secondary-side gas in the hollow fiber membrane is formed to be inclined in a horizontal direction.
