ATTENDANCE/LEAVING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ATTENDANCE/LEAVING MANAGEMENT METHOD AND ATTENDANCE/LEAVING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take measures to cope with abnormal stamping that may occur in the case where attendance/leaving management is performed by utilizing a mobile terminal that a management target person of attendance/leaving management carries.SOLUTION: An attendance/leaving management system comprises a tag, a plurality of mobile terminals and a management device communicating with the plurality of mobile terminals. Each of the plurality of mobile terminals includes: a stamping time identification section for identifying a stamping time with an internal clock of the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is held over the tag for stamping; a reading section for reading a sequence number from the tag; a writing section for updating the read sequence number and writing it in the tag; and a transmission section for correspondingly transmitting the sequence number, the stamping time and identification information of the mobile terminal to the management device. The management device includes a mobile terminal identification section for identifying a mobile terminal having an internal clock of which the reliability may be reduced, from among the plurality of mobile terminals on the basis of the sequence numbers received from the plurality of mobile terminals, the stamping times and the identification information of the mobile terminals.
