Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a waiting time of an automatic transaction device by analyzing a working situation from transaction information of the automatic transaction device without requiring any other discrimination device or the like in order to grasp the number of persons who are to make transactions, forming a queue in front of the automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: Only transaction information for each automatic transaction device is collected, and a waiting time for each automatic transaction device is calculated from working information obtained from the transaction information. A full working time for each automatic transaction device and a standard full working time of all automatic transaction devices are calculated, respectively, and the number of queue transactions is calculated from a differential between both the working times. On the basis of a degree if influences upon a queue time in the case where the number of automatic transaction devices is increased/decreased, a mitigation degree of the full working time (queue time) is estimated, thereby supporting layout design for a suitable number of automatic transaction devices.
