Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position information distribution server or the like in which position information is ambiguously displayed at a point of time when a user contributes to SNS or the like, and after lapse of fixed time from the contribution time or in accordance with separation by a fixed distance, the position information is accurately displayed.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 2 starts an SNS application (S11) and transmits a display request of an event bulletin board to a position information distribution server 1 (S12). The position information distribution server 1 acquires an anonymity degree by executing distribution information updating processing based on a moving distance of a contributor (S14) and generates anonymity information to be displayed on the event bulletin board on the basis of the anonymity degree and contribution position information (S15). The position information distribution server 1 generates display information of the event bulletin board by combining the anonymity information, article information, an event name, or the like, transmits URL of the event bulletin board to the portable terminal 2, and the portable terminal 2 displays an event bulletin board screen 41 (S17).
