Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that suppresses unevenness in image density, and suppresses a reduction in density after repeated image formation.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 includes: a conductive support 2; an undercoat layer 4 that is arranged on the conductive support, contains an electron receptive compound including metal oxide particles and an anthraquinone structure and a binder resin crosslinked by a block-type isocyanate compound blocked by methyl ethyl ketone oxime, where a content of the electron receptive compound having an anthraquinone structure is 0.7 pt.mass or more based on 100 pts.mass of the metal oxide particles and a content of the methyl ethyl ketone oxime in the undercoat layer is 0.2 mass% or less; and a photosensitive layer 3 that is arranged on the undercoat layer.
