Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor substrate, a detector and electronic equipment capable of improving detection sensitivity by disposing an adsorption layer for adsorbing a target molecule at a position where an electric field is intense, separated from a metal particle layer that is a site to form an enhanced electric field.SOLUTION: The detector includes: a sensor substrate 10 which has a plurality of metal nanostructures 18 where a target molecule 1 included in a fluid sample is adsorbed, on a substrate surface 10A; a light source which irradiates the sensor substrate with light; a photodetector which detects light radiating from the target molecule; and a desorbing part 20 which desorbs the target molecule adsorbed by the metal nanostructure. Each of the plurality of metal nanostructures includes an adsorption layer 18A formed on the substrate and a metal particle layer 18B formed on the adsorption layer. A first desorption activation energy necessary to desorb the target molecule adsorbed to the adsorption layer is larger than a second desorption activation energy necessary to desorb the target molecule adsorbed by the metal particle layer. |
