STOVE WITH SAFETY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stove with a safety device that can more accurately detect that a human body or clothing etc. comes closer to a burner as a monitoring target and can further improve safety.SOLUTION: A stove with a safety device includes: a single or a plurality of burners 10R, 10L, 10C; approach detection means DR, DL, DC installed in the burners as monitoring targets; control means 40 for detecting that a human body or an object including clothing comes closer to the burner as the monitoring target on the basis of a detection signal from the approach detection means; and warning means. The approach detection means comprises a plurality of capacitance detection means having a plurality electrodes juxtaposed at predetermined intervals along a direction toward the center of the burner around the burner as the monitoring target. The control means detects a capacitance by using each electrode, and outputs a warning by using the warning means when detecting that a human body or an object including clothing comes closer to the burner as the monitoring target on the basis of a change in the capacitance corresponding to each electrode.
