Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent application of an excess load to a valve seat in a closing operation of a cutoff valve.SOLUTION: A cutoff valve 10 includes a body 12, and a valve assembly 14 accommodated in an accommodation hole 32 of the body 12. The valve assembly 14 has a valve body 24 sat on or separated from a valve seat 22, and a holding member 54 for holding the valve body 24 as independent members. The holding member 54 has a hollow holding portion 56, and the valve body 24 is mostly inserted into the hollow holding portion 56, and elastically biased to the valve seat 22 side by a coil spring 78 accommodated inside (pressure chamber 80) of the hollow holding portion 56.
