Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine capable of preventing accumulation of carbon on an EGR cooler even when an operation is continued at a low speed with low load.SOLUTION: A control device is constituted so as to fully close an opening when a cut condition is satisfied, and to variably control the opening when a cut release condition is satisfied. An operation region is defined as a region surrounded by a characteristic curve indicating a relation between a rotating speed and torque. The operation region R0 is composed of a high operation region R1 including an NTE region R11, and a low operation region R2 determined at a low torque side and a low rotating speed side with respect to the high operation region R1. The cut condition is that an operation condition specified by the rotating speed and the torque is kept within the low operation region R2 for a prescribed time or more. The cut release condition is that the operation condition enters the high operation region R1. |
