The branch part 13a slides as shown by an arrow A2 and a main body part 11 also slides as shown by an arrow A1. An electric power generation unit GU generates electric power with mechanical energy inputted by pressing by an output part 14 of the slide member 10. When the stop button MB1 is pressed, the slide member 10 receives force F2 at a stop input part 12 and slides as shown by the arrow A1. At this time, the loss of the mechanical energy up until transmission to the electric power generation unit GU by the slide member 10 is smaller than that when the washing button MB2 is pressed.
