Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated paper for printing using no color pigment, exhibiting a high degree of whiteness, and accompanied by scarce color tone unevenness.SOLUTION: The provided coated paper for printing is obtained by configuring, on both surfaces of a base paper including pulp as a main component, a pigment coating layer including inorganic pigments and an adhesive, whereas calcium carbonate accounts for at least 80 mass% of the entire inorganic pigments included within the pigment coating layer, whereas the pigment coating layer additionally includes a purple dye and/or blue dye, whereas 0.01-2 pts.mass of a fluorescent dye is included within the base paper with respect to 100 pts.mass of the pulp thereof, whereas the coating rate, per surface of the base paper, of the pigment coating layer is 15 g/mor less, whereas the whiteness degree thereof is at least 85%.
