Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically peelable adhesive sheet which has high adhesive force before voltage application and can effectively reduce adhesive force by voltage application for a short time, and to provide a method for using the electrically peelable adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrically peelable adhesive sheet which has an emulsion type acrylic adhesive containing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester polymer and an adhesive composition composed of a (poly)alkylene polyol having an average molecular weight of 2000 or less as an adhesive phase, where a surfactant during the polymerization is an anion type reactive emulsifier and an ammonium salt.
