Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having excellent scratch resistance, and also having designability by presenting gloss and mat feeling.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet at least comprises a pattern printing glossiness adjustment layer and a surface protective layer laminated in this order on a substrate sheet. In the decorative sheet, (1) the pattern printing glossiness adjustment layer includes fine particles; (2) the surface protective layer is 10 μm thick or more; and (3) a distance between a surface of the pattern printing glossiness adjustment layer and a surface of the surface protective layer is 1-6 μm.
