SCRAP CUTTER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrap cutter device capable of reducing the generation of chips with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A scrap cutter device has an upper mold 3 and a lower mold, and cuts a scrap material cut along a trimming line TL in press-molding. The scrap cutter device is equipped with an upper scrap blade 31 provided on the upper mold 3, and a lower scrap blade arranged on the lower mold. The upper mold 3 is equipped with a stepped portion 32 having an inclined surface 34 inclining from an opposite surface 33 opposing to the lower scrap blade toward the lower mold. The stepped portion 32 is provided with a blade portion 36 equipped with a preceding blade surface 37 capable of precedently cutting the scrap material. The blade portion 36 is arranged at an interval S1 from the trimming line TL in an extending direction of a separate line SL which is a boundary line between the opposite surface 33 and the inclined surface 34. The inclined surface 34 and the preceding blade surface 37 intersect each other when viewed from the extending direction of the separate line SL.
