Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless power supply device for a direct-acting robot, achieving power supply without any cableveyor and reducing noise generation.SOLUTION: A power reception coil unit 12 includes a first coil 31 and a second coil 32 to sandwich a transmission coil 22 of a power transmission coil unit 11. When power is supplied from the power transmission coil unit 11 to the power reception coil unit 12, most of magnetic field resonance is generated between the power transmission coil 22 and the first coil 31. At this time, a magnetic flux generated between the power transmission coil 22 and the first coil 31 for the magnetic field resonance leaks to the back face side of a substrate 21 also. By the disposition of the back face side of the substrate 21 to face the second coil 32, the leakage of the magnetic flux is shielded by the second coil 32, and magnetic flux resonance is generated between the power transmission coil 22 and the second coil 32.
