Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control at the time of call incoming depending on situations such as situations of a transmission source (call origination source) and a transmission destination (incoming call destination) in a mobile communication terminal.SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal obtains a first business sentence to give notice of the current state of a user of the terminal from a business sentence memory 105 when an incoming call to the terminal occurs. In addition, it obtains an urgency discrimination mode determined according to the states of users of a transmission source and the terminal from an urgency and the like setting memory 104, and obtains a second business sentence to request the transmission source to provide information used for the discrimination of urgency from the business sentence memory 105 depending on the urgency discrimination mode. The mobile communication terminal provides these first and second sentences for the transmission source, determines whether the incoming call is urgent or not on the basis of information provided in response to this, and a call incoming control unit 126 gives call incoming notice (call-out) if it is urgent.
