Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator equipped with a constant-temperature bath capable of efficiently heating a crystal oscillator element.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator equipped with a constant-temperature bath comprises: a crystal oscillator element (120); an oscillation circuit which oscillates the crystal oscillator element; a temperature control circuit which has heating elements (153, 154) and a thermistor (152), and which controls the crystal oscillator element at a predetermined temperature; a printed circuit board (110) on which the thermistor, the heating elements and the oscillation circuit are arranged; a heat dissipation sheet (150) which is arranged on the printed circuit board and radiates heat from the printed circuit board; and a thermal dispersion plate (151) arranged between the heat dissipation sheet and the crystal oscillator element. On the heat dissipation sheet, a first through-hole (150a) is formed at a position corresponding to the thermistor, and a second through-hole (150b) is formed at a position corresponding to the heating elements. On the thermal dispersion plate, a third through-hole (151a) is formed at a position corresponding to the first through-hole, and a non-penetrating groove (151b) is formed at a position corresponding to the second through-hole.
