PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the brightness by using the light emitted from a solid light-emitting element effectively without waste.SOLUTION: On a surface of a mounting substrate where a solid light-emitting element is mounted, a first thin film part of doughnut shape surrounding the solid light-emitting element, and composed of transparent resin containing a phosphor excited by the emission wavelength of the solid light-emitting element is arranged. A doughnut-shaped second thin film part composed of a water-repellent material is arranged continuously to the outside of the first thin film part. On the outside of the solid light-emitting element, a dome-like first transparent resin layer having the external diameter matching the boundary of the first and second thin film parts is provided. On the outside of the first transparent resin layer, a dome-like second transparent resin layer containing a phosphor excited by the emission wavelength of the solid light-emitting element is provided.
