Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for a solar cell electrode which can achieve good contact resistance between a baked electrode and a semiconductor substrate, and which can suppress the increase in the contact resistance and the occurrence of peeling of the electrode even after prolonged exposure to high temperature and high humidity, or even under the influence of moisture of rain water or the like.SOLUTION: A conductive paste comprises: conductive powder including main component powder of Ag and auxiliary component powder of Al; a binder resin; and solvent. In the conductive powder, the content of the auxiliary component powder is 0.4-4 wt.%; and the main component powder includes atomization powder having an average primary particle diameter of 0.5-10 μm. The atomization powder preferably accounts for 50 wt.% or more in the main component powder.
