Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing a solar cell panel, capable of quantitatively diagnosing a degree of the deterioration of a solar cell panel.SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing a solar cell panel comprises: connecting an impedance measuring device capable of sweeping a measurement frequency with the output terminal of the solar cell panel; measuring the frequency dependence of the impedance of the solar cell panel using the impedance measuring device; determining the equivalent circuit constant of the solar cell panel on the basis of a resonance frequency and resonance characteristics in the measured frequency dependence; and detecting a level of the deterioration of the solar cell panel by comparing the determined equivalent circuit constant with a value when the solar cell panel is normal.
