PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for a vehicle capable of surely shifting a lock unit in a locked state to an unlocking state by an actuator unit without increasing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A lock device for vehicle includes: a first lock unit 25B including a first hook 35 which is engaged with and is disengaged from a striker, a first pole which is engaged with and is disengaged from the first hook, a first support case 26B which houses the first hook and first pole, and is fixed to a vehicle body and one of a door, and a first cover member 70B which closes an opening of the first support case; and an actuator unit 80 which includes an unlock lever, an actuator driving and rotating the unlock lever, and actuator cases 81, 122. The first cover member includes a first cover part 70a which faces the first hook and first pole, a connection part 70c which is connected to the first cover part and is closer to a first hook side and a first pole side than the first cover part, and a first fitting part of the actuator case.
