Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane conversion catalyst which has high solubility in a polyol and a high catalytic activity at low temperatures and suppresses coloration of an obtained polyurethane.SOLUTION: A method of producing a polyurethane conversion catalyst comprises reacting a metal halide with -ketoester compounds in the presence of a tertiary alkyl amine to form a metal compound. The polyurethane conversion catalyst produced by the production method consists of a metal compound in which two or more -ketoester compounds are bonded to a metal and functions as a reaction catalyst for the reaction of a diisocyanate compound with a diol compound.
