DECORATIVE SHEET AND DECORATIVE LAMINATE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet imparting an uneven surface impression, excellent in terms of scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, and capable of conferring a stable designability amidst a manufacturing process; and a decorative laminate using the same.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 10 includes: a low-gloss pattern ink layer 5 configured partially atop a substrate 1; and a surface protective layer 6 existing atop and contacted with the low-gloss pattern ink layer 5 so as to cover the entire surface of the latter encompassing the region where the low-gloss pattern ink layer 5 is formed and the region where the low-gloss pattern ink layer 5 is not formed, whereas, in a case where the thickness of the surface protective layer 6 corresponding to the portion where the low-gloss pattern ink layer 5 is not formed is defined as H and where the thickness of the surface protective layer 6 existing atop the low-gloss pattern ink layer 5 is defined as h, H and h are respectively 7-13 μm and 5-11 μm while H>h holds, whereas the surface protective layer 6 includes an ionizing radiation-curable resin and silica, whereas the average particle diameter and Mohs hardness of the silica are respectively 8-12 μm and 5-7, whereas the content of the same with respect to 100 pts.mass of the resin component is 10-25 pts.mass.
