PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe inner surface cutting device which is used for cutting an inner surface of a steel pipe etc., is a small device, and cuts the pipe inner surface at a high speed.SOLUTION: A pipe inner surface cutting device 10 includes: a fixing device which fixes a pipe 1; a boring bar 11 which moves forward and rearward in an axial direction of the pipe 1; a cutting head 12 which is attached to a tip of the boring bar 11 and may be inserted into the pipe 1; a feeding device which moves the boring bar 11 forward and rearward in the axial direction of the pipe 1 thereby moving the cutting head 12 forward and rearward in the axial direction of the pipe 1; and a rotary device which rotates the boring bar 11 around an axis line of the pipe 1 thereby rotating the cutting head 12 around the axis line of the pipe 1.
