Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition in which complexed is a microorganism for efficiently decomposing and detoxifying comparatively low concentration PCBs present in large amounts in waste products contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method in which at least one host strain belonging to the Comamonas and having biphenyl dioxygenase and at least one complementary strain selected from a group consisting of Pseudomonas, Achromobacter, Rhodococcus, and Stenotrophomonas and having biphenyl dioxygenase are each cultured and at least two types of bacterial cells that are recovered from the various cultures solutions are mixed.
