The voltage measurement unit 10 measures the battery voltage of each of storage batteries 301-303. The storage unit 20 stores the cycle characteristic and discharge characteristic of each of the storage batteries 301-303. The control unit 30 controls, on the basis of the cycle characteristic and discharge characteristic of each of the storage batteries 301-303 stored in the storage unit 20 and the battery voltage of each of the storage batteries 301-303 measured by the voltage measuring unit 10, the discharge of each of the storage batteries 301-303 by using the voltage adjustment units 41-43 by transmitting a control signal to each of the voltage adjustment units 41-43. |
