DISCHARGE CONTROLLER, DISCHARGE CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that power requested by a load is continuously supplied to the load, even when storage batteries having different cycle characteristics coexist in a plurality of storage batteries connected in parallel.SOLUTION: A discharge controller 1 comprises a voltage measurement unit 10, a storage unit 20, a control unit 30, voltage adjustment units 41, 42, 43, and diodes D1, D2, D3. The voltage measurement unit 10 measures the battery voltage of each of storage batteries 301-303. The storage unit 20 stores the cycle characteristic and discharge characteristic of each of the storage batteries 301-303. The control unit 30 controls, on the basis of the cycle characteristic and discharge characteristic of each of the storage batteries 301-303 stored in the storage unit 20 and the battery voltage of each of the storage batteries 301-303 measured by the voltage measuring unit 10, the discharge of each of the storage batteries 301-303 by using the voltage adjustment units 41-43 by transmitting a control signal to each of the voltage adjustment units 41-43.
