Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet embedded type rotor capable of ensuring easy assembly while increasing the magnetization rate of a permanent magnet.SOLUTION: A rotor 4 includes a cylindrical rotor core 40 rotating together with a motor shaft and permanent magnets 41 embedded in the rotor core 40. The rotor core 40 includes four core pieces 42 embedded with the permanent magnets 41, and a frame body 43 fitted with the core pieces 42. The frame body 43 includes a shaft support section 43a anchored on the motor shaft and a core support section 43b radially extending from the shaft support section 43a. The core pieces 42 are fitted between the core support sections 43b, 43b.
