Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker system capable of efficiently transmitting a vibration to be generated from an actuator of a composite speaker to an interior material.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle speaker system 11 to be attached to an interior material (a ceiling base material 20) of a vehicle includes: a composite speaker 14 having a middle/high-band speaker 12 for outputting middle/high-band sound and an actuator 13 for outputting low-band sound; and a transmission member 15 arranged between the actuator and the interior material so as to transmit the vibration of the actuator to the interior material. An opening (20A) is formed in the interior material. The transmission member includes a first erected wall arranged along an inner edge (20C) of the opening.
