PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a remote control device, mobile radio equipment, a radio communication method and a radio communication program, capable of expanding a radio communication range with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In the radio communication system including the remote control device and the mobile radio equipment that moves by the remote control from the remote control device, the mobile radio equipment, capable of functioning as a relay device, includes one or a plurality of radio relay devices connected to the mobile radio equipment. The remote control device or the mobile radio equipment includes a control unit for performing control to disconnect at least one radio relay device among the plurality of connected radio relay devices, according to a deterioration radio environment of the mobile radio equipment. The remote control device communicates with the mobile radio equipment through radio relay by the disconnected radio relay device.
