Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle display device adapted to a touch screen of which the using method is relatively simple and/or is not so complicated.SOLUTION: A controller 108 of a display device 104 includes a touch detection unit 118 which detects the number of fingers touching a prescribed part of a display screen and directions and distances of the fingers moving away from the prescribed part of the display screen. A navigation mode determination unit 120 of the controller determines a navigation mode on the basis of the detected number of fingers. A navigation feature determination unit 122 of the controller determines a navigation direction and a navigation speed on the basis of the detected directions and distances of the fingers. A navigation controller 124 of the controller controls the display device so as to navigate an image displayed in the display screen in accordance with the determined navigation mode, the determined navigation direction and the determined navigation speed.
