PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and effort of operation of a user when performing inertia scrolling of a graph display of a coordinate system.SOLUTION: A graph display device includes: a display section; and a CPU which sets a coordinate system on a display area of the display section, and displays a graph G of a function. The CPU sets a scroll direction corresponding to a user operation, makes a graph display of the coordinate system inertia scroll in the scroll direction, and stops the inertia scrolling at timing when a characterizing portion T of at least one of the coordinate system and the graph G is positioned in the center of the display area.
