Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute an advertisement content with high advertisement effects.SOLUTION: An advertisement extraction apparatus includes a calculation part, a totalization part and an extraction part. The calculation part calculates virtual advertisement effects in each user attribute of a user on the basis of distribution history concerned with advertisement content distribution to a terminal apparatus used by the user. The totalization part totalizes advertisement effects by using virtual advertisement effects corresponding to user attributes of distribution targets in an advertisement content out of virtual advertisement effects of each user attribute calculated by the calculation part in each advertisement content in which a user attribute of a distribution target is previously determined. The extraction part extracts an advertisement content of a distribution candidate on the basis of the advertisement effects totalized by the totalization part.
