Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult that a conventional radar system detects a target having a small radar reflection cross section.SOLUTION: A low frequency of several MHz to several tens MHz is used as a transmission frequency, a frequency matching with the sweep or target dimension is selected, and a frequency at which the dimension of the target in the depth direction is a half wavelength is used, thereby providing a phase relation in which reflection waves from the front surface and the rear surface of the target enhance each other and providing a strong reflection wave. Thus, the reception power of the reflection wave coming from the target is increased, and a target having a small radar reflection cross section can be easily detected.
