Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform heat exhaustion and ventilation of a building.SOLUTION: A heat exhaustion system device includes: a ventilation device 4 which introduces outside air into a room 1 through a ventilation duct 2, and a controller 5 which controls the ventilation device 4 and includes indoor temperature detection means 6 for detecting an indoor temperature as a temperature inside the room 1, and outdoor temperature detection means 7 for detecting an outdoor temperature as a temperature outside the room. A winter mode, an intermediate-period/summer mode, or a heat exhaustion mode is determined as an operation mode according to values of the indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, so as to perform weak operation in the winter mode, middle operation in the intermediate-period/summer mode, or strong operation in the heat exhaustion mode. According to the values of the indoor temperature and outdoor temperature detected by the temperature detection means, the controller 5 determines ventilation air capacity of the ventilation device 4 and introduces a certain amount of outside air into the room 1 without reference to a gap area in the room 1, so that heat exhaustion and ventilation of a building can be efficiently performed.
