Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an internal combustion engine which can quickly change a relative rotation phase of a valve-opening/closing time control device to a desired phase when starting the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A drive-side rotating body which synchronously rotates with a crank shaft 1 of an internal combustion engine and a driven-side rotating body incorporated in the drive-side rotating body are arranged on the same axial core of a rotating axial core of a cam shaft 7a, and a liquid pressure chamber is formed. An engine control part is arranged which stops the rotation of the crank shaft 1 at the stop of an engine E in a rotation posture that a lock mechanism L of the drive-side rotating body is located below the rotation axial core.
