Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose microfiber-containing resin composite having a high transparency.SOLUTION: The provided cellulose microfiber-containing resin composite includes: a cellulose microfiber-containing sheet not only including cellulose microfibers having an average fiber diameter of 1 μm or less and but also having a specific surface area of 30-200 m/g based on the nitrogen gas adsorption method; and a resin. The density of the cellulose microfiber-containing sheet is 0.50-0.95 g/cm. The YI value of the cellulose microfiber composite is 10 or less.
