Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent composition which contains practically no solvent, shows appropriate viscosity on application, has a low Tg and gives an adhesive agent of a high degree of polymerization and a method of producing an adhesive tape which uses the composition, has high adhesion and leaves no paste residue.SOLUTION: An acrylic adhesive agent composition comprises (A) an acryl rubber of a mass average molecular weight of 100,000 or greater obtained by suspension-polymerizing a monomer based on a (meth)acrylic ester and washing with water, dehydrating and drying the resultant polymer or by emulsion-polymerizing the monomer and salting out, washing with water, dehydrating and drying the resultant polymer and (B) a monomer based on a (meth)acrylic ester in a mass ratio (A):(B) of 5:95 to 50:50.
