Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade trim as it remains planar without employing the constitution of taking up or letting off a flexible sheet member made of cloth or the like on the assumption of its utilization as a sunshade component, a sunshade trim device and an automobile loaded with the sunshade trim.SOLUTION: A sunshade 50 comprises a sheet member 50a made of cloth, a right-left both side and front-rear both end holding tool that holds front-rear both ends of right-left both side edges 51 of the sheet member 50, and a right-left both side intermediate holding tool that holds intermediate portions of the right-left both side edges 51 of the sheet member 50. Right-left slide rail members 60 each hold the front-rear both end holding tool and the intermediate holding tool on each left side and the front-rear both end holding tool and the intermediate holding tool on each right side, respectively.
