Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerged nozzle which can stably form an upward flow in the vicinity of a mold short side and a necessary molten steel flow in the vicinity of a molten steel surface of the entire mold when molten steel to which an inert gas blown is injected at a low casting speed.SOLUTION: In a submerged nozzle 10, which has discharge holes 13 of molten steel at two points in bilateral symmetry in a direction parallel to a mold long side and injects molten steel to which an inert gas is blown at a flow rate of 1-3NL/min with a discharge speed of molten steel of 12.7 kg/(min cm2)-20.4 kg/(min cm) per unit area of a discharge hole section at a right angle to a molten steel discharge direction into a mold 20 with a long side of 1000 mm-1500 mm, an inner wall surface of a discharge hole is parallel with a molten steel discharge direction, and a length L of a lead-out part formed by this inner wall surface is 25 mm-45 mm with a molten steel discharge angle of 0°-15°downward. |
