HOUSEHOLD RICE MILLING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household rice milling machine for obtaining wash-free rice, extremely excellent in bran removing performance, compared to a machine of washing rice in a dry manner by using a brush.SOLUTION: A household rice milling machine which includes a bran collecting container housed in a body, a rice milling container housed in the bran collecting container, a vertical shaft erected rotatably in a bottom center of the rice milling container, and a rice milling stirring shaft mounted on the vertical shaft and arranging a plurality of stirring projection pieces toward the rice milling container is so formed that rice grains in the rice milling container are stirred by the stirring projection pieces by the rotation of the rice milling stirring shaft when rice milling starts, and bran peeled by being pushed to a bran removing porous wall formed in the inner peripheral wall of the rice milling container leaks out from the bran removing porous wall and is collected in the bran collecting container. Furthermore, there are provided a humidification part for adding moisture to rice grains during rice milling in the rice milling container, and a control part for controlling the humidification part by determining an addition amount of moisture and a timing of addition according to a desired degree of grain polishing and a set value of an amount of milled rice.
