Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform adjustment for increasing probability that a prescribed number of times is determined within a specific range of a predetermined range.SOLUTION: In partial determination ranges of a plurality of determination ranges (a first determination range and a second determination range), the number of times determined as candidates of the number of times determined as a prescribed number of times is determined redundantly. Therefore, the number of times, where the candidates are overlapped in the plurality of determination ranges, has a greater opportunity to be selected as the determination range to be subjected to determination of a prescribed number of times, thus increasing probability determined as a prescribed number of times.
