Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cable connecting method and a power cable connecting part capable of reducing connection length required for connecting a power cable while securing a drawing resistance and a contact area.SOLUTION: An axial line direction center part 21A that is a predetermined portion on a center side of a sleeve (conductor connection pipe) 21 to the sleeve 21 from both ends of which a conductor 12 is inserted, and axial line direction side parts 21B that are both side portions in an axial line direction of the sleeve 21 to the axial line direction center part 21A are compressed, so that inner peripheries of the respective parts 21A, 21B contact the conductor 12 and a step 24 is formed at a boundary of the inner peripheries of the respective portions 21A, 21B after compression.
