Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device which can emit light with two color tones of white and orange as a light source used in a lighting fixture for a vehicle capable of selecting a light color and lighting, and can achieve the light color which causes no pseudo light emission and has no color tone deviation.SOLUTION: Slab-like light guide members are arranged on upper faces of each of two LED elements through a wavelength conversion layer, the side faces of each of the light guide members are joined to each other by a light-shielding adhesive, the periphery of a light-emitting section including the two light guide members is filled with a light-shielding resin, crosstalk of excitation light between the light-emitting sections is reduced, and pseudo light emission is suppressed.
