Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of character recognition.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: reading means that reads a document to convert it into an electronic image; character recognition means that recognizes characters from the image obtained by the reading means; dictionary holding means that acquires input character information from a user terminal, and constructs and stores a frequency dictionary for each user; and correction means that adds frequency information obtained by referring to the frequency dictionary to a recognition result obtained by the character recognition means to correct the recognition result.
