DEVELOPING DEVICE, PROCESS CARTRIDGE, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which is capable of suppressing the occurrence of clogging of a filter member provided in a depressure opening through which gas in a developer storage part can pass, in a short period of time and to provide an image forming apparatus including the developing device and a process cartridge.SOLUTION: A developing device 4 includes a developing roller 8 carrying a developer and surface-moved to supply the developer to a latent image on the surface of a photoreceptor in a development area, a circulation screw 11 rotated to apply a conveyance force to the developer in a circulation conveyance path V3 storing the developer supplied to the developing roller 8, a depressure opening 21 discharging air in the circulation conveyance path V3 to the outside of the device, to suppress the increase of atmospheric pressure in the developing device 4, and a depressure filter 18 suppressing the developer from being discharged from the depressure opening 21. Further, the developing device 4 includes a shield member 19 blocking a travel path where the developer splashed by the rotation of the circulation screw 11 goes toward the depressure filter member 18.
