PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a geometrical restriction among an image detector, a mirror and a photographing object has to be satisfied for acquiring a subject image different in a point of sight, and a simple configuration cannot satisfy the geometrical restriction.SOLUTION: An imaging device according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises: an image pickup element; a photographing lens that guides a flux of subject light to the image pickup element; and a reflection part that is arranged in an area of a peripheral angle of view not including a central part out of a total angle of view of the photographing lens, makes a part of the flux of subject light reflected and guides a reflected flux of subject light to the photographing lens. An accessory unit according to a second embodiment thereof comprises: a reflection part that is arranged in an area of a peripheral angle of view not including a central part out of a total angle of view of the photographing lens, makes a part of the flux of subject light reflected and guides a reflected flux of subject light to the photographing lens; and an attachment part that is attached to the photographing lens. A lens unit according to a third embodiment thereof comprises: a photographing lens that transmits the flux of subject light; and a reflection part that is arranged in an area of a peripheral angle of view not including a central part out of a total angle of view of the photographing lens, makes a part of the flux of subject light reflected, and guides a reflected flux of subject light to the photographing lens.
